Born and raised in Hilo, I graduated from Waiakea High School and later attended Chaminade University of Honolulu. After getting married to my amazing husband, having our two beautiful sons, and adopting our rescue pup Charlie, finding somewhere to settle down to raise our children and establish a safe home base became our top priority. We spent the first few years moving from place to place, looking for our forever home but soon realized that there is definitely no place like home.
